What will my package look like?
A plain, unmarked box. Nothing on the outside says what's inside or what kind of store it came from.
What will show on my card statement?
Charges appear under our store name, Discreet2U. Product names never show.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8, and free on orders of $100 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 5–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Are the products new and authentic?
Yes. Every item is brand new and ships sealed from US distributors of the brands we carry.
Is my information private?
Yes. We never sell or share your information, and we only email you if you sign up for our list.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days, and damaged or defective items are always replaced. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I have to be 18?
